Citibank

When I walked into the bank, one of the tellers was not wearing her mask properly. She had it dangled on the side of her face, only hanging on one ear. I have a medical condition which would cause harm to my health of I wear a mask. I was refused service and kicked out for not wearing a mask. I was told that it's the law to wear one (it is not the law). I was treated like I was sick and...

We're actually not customers of Citibank, but we had to take care of some business for a family member whose health is failing. They were very nice and helpful.
