Maybe the most rude phone etiquette I've experienced from a business in quite some time. Only redeeming quality is they have what you are looking for.

These guys may have hard to find parts, but boy do they not seem to care about any customer service! So unbelievably rude on the phone, not always there when you go even though posted hours. There...

Today is a Saturday and even though Circuit Breakers Plus was closed, the owner, Mike, met me at the store because we needed a breaker we couldn't get anywhere else on a Saturday. Our client was a homeowner without electrical power. Awesome customer service. Thank you Mike!
