At Thomas Anthony Furniture Services we pride ourselves for standing behind
each and every job we do and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We have
been in business since 1990 and this is the first complaint post we have
ever received. This customer is correct in that Thomas Anthony Furniture
Services did a complete reupholster and restoration on a complex, fully
tufted sofa. Unfortunately, one of our upholsters took it upon himself to
use a glue in certain areas believing it would make the pleats appear more

Used unorthodox methods by gluing fabric together to create tufted pleats; they corrected the work by stitching the tufts together which is still unacceptable by any well respected upholsterer. Does not pay attention to customer complaints or directions. Very slow in work performance. Allows unacceptable work to leave warehouse thinking customer will accept the atrocities while paying top dollar. Final product received after 5 months and still dissatisfied.
