The serviceman did not show up on the scheduled appointment day without any notification. Had to call service department to find out where he was and they kept telling me he would be there. Had to call service department to reschedule. The serviceman came the following day.

Clear sewer line

1st crew was unable to clear a stubborn sewer line, but they called out another crew with more equipment which resolved the issue.

Horrible Experiences in 2015

Plumbing: Kitchen sink was clogged. They showed up, snaked one direction. Didn't bother to look for any other external traps on the house to snake, and it clogged up again 3 months later, so they had to come out again, but by then the prior work was out of warranty, and we had to pay again.

HVAC: We have their bi-annual service. About a year ago, they told us the AC blower was going bad. ...
