The care here was non existent. Only tender care given was from hospice nurse who came twice weekly to shower patient. If not for family n friends she was basically left alone. Calls for...

My 85 year old mother had open heart surgery a couple months ago. Her first choice for rehab was the Lutheran Home, but they were full and so we went with Church Creek by default. I'm glad we did!...
