Would not recommend this office or their staff. You will receive a certified letter in the mail before you see any doctor in this practice. This doctor makes it mandatory for you to sign a pre-treatment letter on care that you would potentially receive without even seeing anyone in the office. This brings a whole new meaning to be violated and harassment from professionals in the medical field.

Dr. Teabeau saved my life by listening to me, believing me that something was wrong, ordering the necessary tests immediately.
