Dr. Chan is easily one of the best doctors I've ever interacted with. He took great care of our son Nico from the time he was a newborn to 9 months. We had to leave Kaiser due to my wife changing jobs and thus insurance companies, which is sadly completely out of our hands. He's so warm, knowledgeable, and down to earth.

Slow & unresponsive. Stop advertising to patients to message you in the system when you know you will drag your feet and take forever to respond. Obviously you give this aspect of your job and the patients who rely on you the lowest priority. Here was a simple question that would have taken no more than 15 secs of your time (if you were competent) that only you would know the answer to it. Now...
