Being new to the area we took a chance on Mr. Chisenhall to do our taxes. Our Saturday meeting was a waste of an hour. He sat down with a legal pad and pencil and took notes about our situation. He told us we wouldn't be able to itemize, and I wanted to turn around and take my documents right then & there and do our own taxes on TurboTax (which would take us 15 minutes to complete).
