I went to the San Diego Health & Wellness Center last week mostly because I had slept with my neck in a bad position. When I went in I told Dr. Jason about my neck pain. His adjustment really helped out It gets better every day.

This was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They broke the information down so that I could understand everything. Highly recommended.

I can't tell you how in need I was of a chiropractor....well, actually, a GOOD chiropractor. This may sound too good to be true, but I am a new person since spending time as Dr. Bauer's patient while he practiced in San Diego. His care took me from being listless to vibrant and pain free within 6 months (could have been less). I truly never thought I could feel well again as age crept up on me. Since his move to the San Jose area in early December, I have been to three others...and truly...they do not compare. Those of you who reside in the San Jose area and are in need of chiropractic...

I have been a patient at Dr. Bauer's office for 2 years + now and I love it. Dr. Bauer himself is a great person and chiropracter with a lot of experience. The rest of the staff is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I look forward to going there every week and getting my power turned on.
