Come for the soup dumplings, stay for the lo mein. It's true what they say: the soup dumplings here are as delicious, if not more so, than the ones you'll wait an hour for at Joe's Shanghai....
The soup dumpling were really good, and a great price for $6. The crispy boneless duck had delicious crispy skin like fried chicken - only $16. There was no running water in the restroom or sink....
