Had lunch around 1 p.m. today waitress named Rosie service was horrible. First of all, Rosie got our order wrong. Ask us to put the cheese bites on the plate and brought us the egg rolls and never once ask us if we wanted a refill our drinks.

Went to chilies last night and suffering today!! Not the fastest service and food does take a while every time we've been here. I think I've had enough of this place.

Just had dinner here with my family. We weren't really greeted warmly it was more of a "I'm just doing this because it's my job" kind of greeting. Our waitress was much more pleasant and very personable. Tips before going to this location use the bathroom at home and bring your own water. The …

Bad service!! I was asking for a fork and it took them an hour just to bring a spoon??? Unacceptable!! How do you expect to eat a soup without a spoon?????
