My daughter was supposed to do her initial consultation today. We waited 35 minutes. Finally I asked what the holdup was and they said their xray machine was broken and they were waiting for a technician. I said I needed to reschedule and they said the next available appointment was a month out! Hopefully things go better a month from now.

Awesome with special needs kiddos! The staff is absolutely amazing with my 6 yr old disabled child with Autism and severe sensory issues as well as other two children (9yr & 20 mo). There was never even a question if I'd be with them in the treatment area and no concern or question is ever disregarded. We arrived early and we were seen immediately. They provided excellent customer service. Also, the dentist was very friendly!!
