Professionalism - Absent!

A recent transaction with this local business left me disgusted with their lack of professionalism. When they didn't know answers, nor did they take the time to investigate material that already existed in transactions in our files. They were pompous, rude, and not a company that I would ever recommend. There are lots of other local choices - take your business elsewhere
