Dr Shum is a five star doctor. He really takes care of the patients well. The only reason I gave 4 star because the receptionist is rude and is not at all courteous (which should be a basic trait in customer service). If this is something that doc can improve I will visit the doc again, else no.

I saw Dr. Shum in May for an annual check up. My insurance usually covers all annual check ups including copay. 5 months later, I get a bill for more than $300 for that visit from BioLabs?! How is that even possible?
I'll never go back again. So misleading.

Outstanding doctor. Extremely polite, listens to your concerns, responds very promptly to any questions you have by email. Highly recommend. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during office visit.
