This place is a joke. There are roaches, rats and bedbugs so if you like those things, move on it.
My ceiling has been leaking for months, but multiple maintenance requests have solved nothing. I have had two maintenance men illegally enter my apartment in the last forty-eight hours though to fix a "broken heater" that no one requested, they turned up the heat to 90, left it for us to come home...
Seems like a one stop show for parties. The neighbors throwing parties till 3am is getting really old tho and they're inches away from having the cops called on their dumbasses
The workers are rude and have no clue what is going on. Full of ROACHES, probably has something to do with the several ignored maintenance requests about my ceiling leaking (I have no clue who said it is well maintained, probably an employee) so I assume the walls are full of stagnant water for them to drink. There are so many other places around pick them. I'm out of here as soon as my lease...
The place is going through renovations, was already pretty nice but is getting even better. The office staff is very nice, very professional, and very responsive. The maintenance request was addressed correctly and quickly and not just quick, but high quality. Great choice if you are looking.
