Good value, but slow service

We recently went here for lunch, as we were unable to get reservations for dinner. Our server seemed woefully unprepared and nervous - made us feel a bit uncomfortable for him actually.
Service was pitifully slow - lunch took us over two hours. We were glad the weather was lousy, because we'd have hated to spend that much time inside...
