Been here twice, place was dead, jukebox too quiet, not really happening place, Food was OK, probably a good place to meet, then Move on

I've been coming to Cheers for a few years. Usually always having a fun time. Thursday night I had not so good service. I had a $76 tab. I left a few dollars on the bar due to my bad service....
