We were charged 67% more than the most we've ever paid for a trip we make regularly. When attempting to negotiate a better rate, there was no willingness to negotiate and the dispatch agent was rude to both her driver and me when calling. There was no meter in the cab and we were not told the rate until we were well underway. I would highly advise using a different company!
