I recently closed several credit accounts I no longer use, Chase being among them. This is the only establishment that gave me a hard time about it. EVERY other company was very congenial and closed the account without question or complaint, not Chase.

Branch manager there is a joke. Horrible service! The private banker there didn't want to help us... wish I've gotten their names! tellers are always helpful and friendly. Banker, branch manager not so much! It's like they hate their jobs...

Worst Chase Bank customer service, I have ever experienced. They couldnt possibly care about doing anything extra, but rather blankly process people at the window. The lady with the key dangling from her ponytail is the worst. I will not be back to that branch, EVER.
