HAD ENUF OF THIS PLACE! I've been a customer of this bank and branch for years. I've had enuf.... To see a banker about an issue that a teller can't deal with almost always involves a long wait....

I've never went to a bank and been turned away to open an account. I don't have time during the work week to go and sit down to open an account so I went in on a Saturday and asked if I can open...

I banked here since 1980, never had a problem; even after Chase took over. But the new manager, Brandon, is a major pain in the butt someone who has no interests in accommodating customers needs...

Went there to do a join account with my husband and the "manager" told me since I wasn't a citizen I needed to bring my passport! I showed her my ID and my card??? And I showed her my work permit...What would she need my passport since when I open this account two years ago they didn't …
