For me customer service makes the day. For some reasons I did not feel the day I came to this Chase Bank. After arriving inside this Chase Bank you are not even greeted or anybody by the lobby....

After how I've been treated by chase slate credit card. I would HIGHLY Recommend EVERYONE AVOID this bank at all cost! They're losing customers because of their policy's and how they treat...
