These banks dont assist you in any way thats helpful i closed my account 4/2/2010 and i honestly believe the bank employees are frauding costumers such as i they still wont close my account as of even today and all i got was the run around. So dont bank with them there are the ones who steal your idenity and ruin your name!!!

If you look at the map of Chase locations, there are no Chase locations in the downtown area of Fresno. None, Zero, Zip, Nada. Chase needs to get with it, and take care of us who take care of the City of Fresno ! ! !

The bank itself offers a lot of things that other banks don't: free checking, etc. But the staff is great as well. Attentive and they make sure you are taken care of before you leave. There is no rushing out the door here!
