I waited here since 3pm, it's 4:30 and I was not seen by a customer service representative! I wanted to open an account. The representatives are a joke. I will never open an account with chase.

Two stars is generous. No compassion or regard for customers. Sureit inly takes 1-2 representatives to spoil it for everyonebut unfortunately those 1-2 people were the only people working today

While most Chase branches provide excellent customer service, this branch is subpar compared to others. The staff at this branch completely disregard customer service.

I usually deal with the business line. Its always clean and tidy in there and operates just like a normal bank.

It's a regular bank, the inside service is slow but one Sunday morning while going to the ATM, there seems to be a guy sleeping on the floor charging his cell phone! Only in New York! :-)
