This is the worst cable company I have used. The service at the window is slow and uncaring. The cable TV is bad the picture keeps scrambling, there is NO choice and the price is a little high for what you get. I would say go with another company but they are the only cable company in the area and they take full advantage of this.

Not only is the customer service bad, but they called my cell phone repeatedly trying to get me to upgrade. I am writing this review because they just called my cell phone at 9:50 pm trying to get me to upgrade. Make sure and tell them the first time that you want off their calling list.

My bill went up from $74 a month to $108 with no alert to the change. Charter has the monopoly in Blount County. There should be some competition. I chose to cut off my cable TV and get subscriptions of Netflix and Hulu+. So my TV expense is only $16 now, except for the $99 purchase of Apple TV. I love my freedom from Charter.
