no way to get through to front desk for days ,sometimes weeks. Faxes from other physicians never arrive to this office, or get lost or misplaced

Dr. Charnoff is an excellent doctor and seems to give his patients good care. We are using him after 2 years now and very glad we discovered him. His office staff is also excellent and treat you in a professional way. The wait time is never been more than 15 minutes. I think that is also wonderful. Dr Eisenstein is my primary doctor. I wouldn't trade him for the world! He is always there for you and takes time with his patients. Great doctor

My children are her patients for several years already. We met her when she came to substitute for the doctor who worked there before she joined the practice.
I am very happy with the attention she gives.
Her sense of humor eases the children's nervousness before getting shots.
I am happy she gives out necklaces and cars for prizes and not candy. We live on Staten Island for over 6 years...

Dr. Zanger is a caring and very competent Doctor. My husband and I are both patients of his and we couldn't be more pleased. He is right on with his diagnosis any time we have a symptom or complaint. He doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist when needed. I'm happy that we found such a wonderful family doctor.
