Thanks Guys! I was stuck and had to get to work. I called and got somebody to come out immediately. Turns out it was a broken spring, but they got it fixed on the spot. I called around later and found out I got a great price. Now my friends know who to call.

The spring broke on our garage door. My husband Charlotte Garage Doors online and scheduled an appointment. Tech actually called to let me know he would be coming EARLY!! When does that ever happen?!! I appreciate his customer service and knowledge of his product. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to my friends.

Technician came out to repair my broken springs. I called the night before, and was able to get him out to my house the very next morning. I was very pleased with the prompt service. He was on time, and didn't waste anytime getting to work. Took him maybe an hour and a half tops, and he was out of there. Door has been working fine, and i appreciate the fine work.
