I selected Chapman to replace my primary HVAC system, a heat pump, in 2006. Their crew took a few days to complete the work. City inspection needed finalizing for the 3rd time after Church services installed a HVAC system in my condo. When I called to set the appointment I reminded them 2 times to bring extention ladder because as they should be aware the ac unit is on the roof of the 2 story condo.
