Got a pair of shoes resoled here. The key, kids, is to buy really good shoes and have them resoled when they wear out. Don't buy cheap, disposable shoes. Anyway, this guy makes shoes and happens...

two weeks ago I took my all leather Ralph Lauren bag in to them to get a small area restitched that had come loose. That was fine, I was told I could wait....5-10 mins I was out of there. It wasn't done properly and so I returned today for them to correct it. Firstly, the owner started to tell me he couldn't find my record and was obviously doubting that they did the job the 1st time.

He called a worker from the back and proceeded to (in front of me) speak in Spanish, which I found to be very rude, then he said I would have to leave the bag and he wasn't sure when it would be...
