I would give this "business" NO stars if possible. We contracted with Champion Home Remodeling in March 2019 to begin a master bath remodel and retiling and fixture change in a hall bathroom, and I regret it.
Work was to begin in May 1, 2019. It is now 11/20/2019, and my bathroom is still not finished. Things began well, but there were delays of weeks at a time while waiting on a plumber to do a part of the job, so that the next stage of the job could begin. We contacted Champion several times, and he would not return our calls or communicate with us about the delays. I paid for half the job upfront, and at the end of 6.5 months, all I had to show was 1 demolished master bath and about 50 sq feet of tile done in the other bath. We sent a certified letter to Champion stating that if he did not communicate with us in writing by a certain date, that we would consider the contract abandoned. Date came and went and no communication. My "4 weeks of work done in about 6 weeks," as Champion stated, is now in month 7, and I am out $18,000 so far, plus I am now having to pay someone else to complete the work.
Champion Home Remodeling now has a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau, and their accreditation of this business has been revoked.
