I had a terrific experience with this company (Nov 2012). Someone answered late at night, gave me all the info I needed, and scheduled an appt. Before they even came out, David took the time to ask me some questions that would SAVE me money (prevent him from coming out if it wasn't necessary) - and even gave me instructions on HOW to do it (including several follow up calls about it!). I called regarding receiving an estimate and was told that I would receive the estimate that same day before the close of business if I brought my tv in early, but when I did so I was told that I wouldn't receive the estimate until Monday.
