Admittedly, this was for Valentine's dinner and they were overwhelmed. It seemed like they had crammed more tables in and the service was quite uneven, though not un-friendly. We chose the tasting menu and got the courses out of order, which threw off our wine pairing plan. Unfortunately, the best thing I can say about my dining experience was that the music was wonderful. We came to hear Rolando Morales and unlike every other aspect of the evening, he did not disappoint. Well, actually the chef was accommodating when we asked to have some chicken added to the Caesar salad.
