Tina Longwell is a big disgrace to the property management community. She is very disrespectful to her clients, workers, and vendors. I beware anyone thinking of doing business with these people, they will continue to give you the run around and argue with you when their clearly in the wrong. Vendors have been denied their monthly payments for services performed even after their net 30 day mark...

The property we were leasing sold. The rental manager found us another home before we had to move out. Everything was CLEAN freshly painted, yard work done!!!!. We only had to move in. Then calls to make sure we are happy. SERVICE

awful, don't use. they are worse than worthless. you can't get the simplest thing done. They neglect properties . meaning your property is losing value.
we have a high HOA, but our property looks like a filthy dump. because they refuse to take care of the simple problems.

the Lady lies, all we wanted was trash to be picked up and they won't do it. the property is shabby and criminals love it, they know no one is watching shop\r

I found my new property manager!!!!! Helping my sister find a new place we called this group. The lady who assisted us Patsy was very professional. I currently have rental properties that are managed by another company. I was so impressed I will be utilizing Centre Group & Patsy to manage my rental properties.
