This is a hard review for me to write...I have been using Central Bark for over 6 1/2 years and have LOVED this place...up until now. I have no idea if they are going through a change in handlers...

The groomer cut off part of our dogs ear and cut the other dog's ear and multiple places on his body.

We took our dogs here to get groomed. The groomer said she "knocked" their ears. In reality she CUT OFF THE ENTIRE TIP of one dogs ear and cut into the other - now he has skin hanging off of his ear. In addition, he has been chewing patches all over his body where she cut him with the clippers. If you love your dogs and want them well taken care of, please, take them somewhere else.

If you love your dogs, do not take them to Central Bark east side. When I picked up my pups, the groomer said she "knicked" their ears. She actually cut the ENTIRE TIP of one ear off and cut into the other dog's ear, as well as cutting him multiple times with the clippers and he is now chewing wounds on his body. I've never seen this happen in my many years of getting dogs groomed. Never again!
