First, you can't get a human being on the line to make an appointment. After my colonoscopy, I was told to make a follow-up appt. I got attitude from the receptionist yesterday and can't get ahold of anyone to see if I have a copay which if I do cannot pay at this time and would negate the whole prep procedure.

Would it kill you to put the hours of operation anywhere on here or your website. God know you never answer your phone and after 15 minutes on hold I was cured before anybody answered

Great Group of Doctors that I would highly recommend. My Mom had been going to them since 1996. The Best that I would choose is Dr. Partha Nandi. He is the best! Honest, caring and compassionate! And a great friend!!!

I love my doctor, Dr. Bakken and all the staff. Very courteous and professional. I just find it difficult and time consuming to try to get through the automated phone system. I highly recommend Dr. Bakken!
