They are transactional and would rather me go to another optometrist then to have any kind of empathy. When I asked for my prescription she refused to give it to me and made it seem as if I had no choice but to continue business with them, like I wouldn't pay again for an appointment for the same thing. News flash. I have money and would rather pay again then to be treated like that!
