This apartment complex looks great. The maintenance crew does not fix things. The office staff are nice. They say that they are putting ion work orders and tell you that someone will fix things that day or the next day but the maintenance staff never shows up. Have extra money in your pocket and knowledge and time because you will end up fixing things yourself in the apartment and in public...

DO NOT spend your hard-earned money living in this place. The water is constantly shutting off for entire days at a time, one time there was even disgusting sewage water coming up into my toilets...

THIS IS VERY MODEST, BARE BASIC HOUSING THAT HAS SUDDENLY BECOME UNAFFORDABLE TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE MADE THIS PLACE THEIR HOME FOR MANY YEARS. Two month leases make this place an easy flop house for people who "fly under the radar" and can't pass a background test.
