**Softball/Baseball Pitchers Parents**Took my daughters cleats and turf shoes there to have a pitchers tie put on. Awesome job. The quality of work is great and the price was even better. I've bought tuff toe before and it's messy if you don't know what your doing. The owner sewed a piece of leather and my daughter loves it. We've even had a few girls from the team take theirs also.

This is a great place to have your leather needs taken care of. A few years ago my father had a problem with his feet and ankles swelling. Len was able to customize a pair of Clarks sandals to deal with the problem. I cannot that you for the skill and friendly service you have provided me and my family for years.

The woman (think she is the owner) is rude and very curt with her questions and comments. She was annoyed when I wouldn't wait and said I had another errand to run. My mom goes to Galletti's in Lodi and will drive out of town to get better service and avoid the snobby attitude.

Would've loved to say good things in support of a local business, but can't get past the rude customer service, very high price and low quality work. Will definitely not return and not recommend to anyone. I'd rather drive a little distance to get better quality and less sarcasm.
