Do not waste your time. Cold food - seems like it's been out all day.. Fish taste like chicken. I hear their food and service at the fair is better.....

Hi, I went in to your Ann Arbor location on 3/8/2012 and purchased a meal for my family and some business partners of mine working late. That fish I know was not up to Mr. FLOYD'S standards. I called in to make my issue known just now and the young lady who answered said ""Oh, Ok"" and hung up the phone. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICES! That could have very well been my last $45 to feed my family and decided to spend it with CATFISH FLOYD'S. Don't waste your time and money. The area is bad. The food is bad. A rat hole. Need To close all of them. Stop serving bad food.

Skip the fries, they use the frozen (seasoned) kind from the grocery store now. They used to use a really good homemade seasoning, but they don't anymore.read full review »
