My technician called me within my 3 hour window, but arrived late. When he got here he was unable to fix the garage door because he didn't have the right part, even though I emailed the office a picture of the trolley that was broken. I was then charged a $45 service charge. He made an appointment for the next day, showed up on time and did a good job fixing the door. He was courteous...
