Purpose of visit was to connect a hose that came loose from the faucet handle. The type where the faucet can be stationary or pull in to have a spray handle. Plumber came and it took no more than 5 minutes to pull the disconnected hose thru an opening and simply screw the handle on. They tried to charge $218 for this service. Even though they did not repair the problem, there was a $39 charge that we were not informed would occur. I would use them again, just ask about charges, even if they say the estimate is free.

Casteel bough Mr. Plumber years ago, so they are the same company. Get the Mr. Plumber number if you have a large job as I did, needing a whole new line from the meter to the house. Responded promptly after my online heat pump repair request. Technician seemed very knowledgeable of heat pump systems and how to repair them. Repair was completed within an hr. It's been a little over a week since being repaired and the heat pump is running properly without fail.
