I've been a customer for the past few years, without a contract. Cascade Oil sends someone out every few months to fill up the tank... which is nice as I don't have to worry about the tank running out of oil as they monitor my usage. They also have a payment plan, so I can pay a set amount monthly and not get hit with a large bill when they do fill my 500-gallon tank.

They were the better bargain. I don't prefer to get my oil tank filled at will so i ask them to call me in advance. They salesman is old an old school loud, overpowering man.
