The billing department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They said everything was fine and then sent a bill seven months later. I called and they just said "sorry". They really do not know how to bill properly and cannot keep billing correct. I will not go back there and would suggest others avoid this dental group also.
This facility is top notch, the staff is friendly & professional, and all paperwork is completed electronically. Dr. Eric was friendly, skilled & very easy to talk to. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful & professional. To top it off they are currently offering a comprehensive exam & X-rays for $39.00. I highly recommend Cascade Dental.
Dr. Dahlen and his staff gave me the best cleaning of my life. Although I am prone to hyperbole, this office is well run and staffed by excellent people. Warm and friendly and oh so efficient, I can't wait to go back in six months' time. Oh wait...maybe only to say hi. Seriously, go here; get your teeth done; love it; rinse and repeat.
I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were so kind and attentive to me.
