The casas is a mid grade apartment complex. The location is great with lots of local businesses within a mile. The access to multiple freeways is very good as well. The 15 is just a mile and a half away from there. The 805 is about one mile from there. The 5 freeway is about a mile and a half. The apartment is tucked away nicely without being to deep.

Nicely kept property with a beautiful pool. Really nice and prompt maintenance people. Living area small, but bedrooms are huge for an apartment! Our CA King fits with lots of room to spare. Managers are friendly and helpful. The perfect location in walking distance to stores, park, restaurants and library. My apartment has all new stainless steel appliances. Fresh paint and looks great. Lots of windows for natural lighting. Management and maintenance responrespond quickly to complaints or concerns. The apartment is priced right for what you are getting.
