I originally had cataract surgery done by a butcher surgeon (Eye surgical assoc Illinois) They left me with 20/400 in my right eye. 4 years later I found Dr. Carter. He Fixed my 20/400 right eye vision to have 20/40!!! Awesome job Dr. Carter! I travel 5000 miles to see Dr. Carter! IT'S WORTH IT! Again, Thank You! Tim Tomlinson

First of all I wanna say Im very happy with my 20/20 vision now! I highly recommend Dr Carter and his staff. My friend was impressed with Dr Carter and the results after her Lasik surgery so i decided to follow her recommendations. I am from another country and i was so scared Doctor and his staff wouldnt be able to understand me but they took a good care of me, spent a lot of time with me...

If anyone was planning on getting LASIK do not use Dr Harvey Carter!!! My mom went in to get a lens put in and he put the wrong one in. No apology what so ever!!! The van driver was bringing her home and he's the one who figured it out.
