This is the rudest practice I have ever dealt with. They were callous during treatment, and harrassed me over a small bill even though I explained I was trying to pay off other medical bills not covered by insurance. Even after I paid their bill they refused to treat me for an emergency. They are more concerned about their bottom line than patients' welfare--I've never experience this. Other doctors have always been willing to work with a patient.
Dr Hays is the best! She truly listens to you and explains things thoroughly. I am so glad I found her! She made my pregnancy, labor and delivery just perfect!

She is AMAZING! As a first time mom, she explains everything so thoroughly and makes me feel so comfortable. Her nurses are also incredible...So understanding, patient and always return phone calls in a timely manner. I visited a few OBGYNs in the Dallas area prior to pregnancy before finding Dr. Hays.
