Dr. Carroll is an amazing doctor and a wonderful man. He delivered 2 of my children and was present for most of my labor (8 hours) as well as the delivery. He is pro-active and an expert with complications that arise during pregnancy and delivery--I experienced both. He NEVER rushes you and listens to all your concerns.
