Carriage Hill has been very kind to me and my roommate as students. We have had issues that have been fixed quickly by maintenance and a an issue with housing that has been resolved by the office with very little effort on our part. I started new lease from Sep 1, 2016. I started my new Electric Account from Aug 31, a day ahead. They claim that they paid my electric bill from Sep 1 to Sep 9 and I owe them that bill. When I asked the bill that they paid for me, the bill is in Carriage hill Apartment account and the billing cycle is from Aug 18 to Aug end. When I argued them about the date they said me date is irreverent...

There hasn't been internet connection for 3 days. We tried to find someone fixing it, but it is not possible on the weekend.Also, it usually is slow and disconnects sometimes. Maybe, you should change your company or give up saying that we provide High speed wifi.

The owners an managers peep in your windows! Do not give 24 hour notices! Come in your house without permission an best of all LEAVE YOUR DOORS UNLOCKED AFTER LEAVING! Clearly you have to live with no privacy if you wanna leave ur windows open for fresh air! Pathetic place to live! Also never fix issues that are reoccurring maybe they should first weed out the none sense an then start bossing...
