I wanted to buy a home from this company. I paid for the option to back out if the inspection found something wrong. They found that the air conditioning evaporation coil was filthy and the Hot water heater was not plumbed for The temperature & Pressure Relief valve. They refused to do anything with the air conditioner so I let that slide. However if the water heater blew the ceiling of my house would be covered in inches of water. I gave them the chance to fix the problem. I clearly told them that if it wasn't fixed right the first time I would use the option and pull out of the...
