It all started good. But after I decided on the hardwood flooring I wanted and got a good price from the sales person the problems started. When I got the invoice they added a $185 dollar charge for shipping and handling to their store. When I questioned it they said everybody does it - it is not true! I purchased wood from Johnson and Sons Flooring at their new location in Knoxville. They were so helpful and informed me of all the different woods and their hardness. I really felt informed when I left their store. They put wood in my livingroom and dining. It's absolutely beautiful and I would rate the crew 5 star. I would highly recommend Johnson & Sons Flooring

The Johnson's did an excellent job on my flooring. Tom measured my house and even oversaw the installation. I couldnt be happier with my new carpet. I purchased that stainproof carpet called Smartstrand. Anyway, well see how it does.
