If you are dissatisfied with the service, they might offer a refund. I was dissatisfied with the service Carpet Dry Tech offered. I specifically asked the owner of the company (who answered the phone, a nice touch) if the process would remove residue on the carpet. He assured me it would, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. I asked the technician to tell me the ingredients in the spot cleaner. Since he couldn't tell me what was in the spot cleaner, I asked him not to use it. Next thing I know, he's spraying on the spot cleaner. If you check out their website, it...
